Notice of Public Hearing Case Number: 11642

You are invited to attend a review of a proposal for a change in zoning from R-4, Residential, to OR-3, Office Residential, and PEC, Planned Employment Center, on an approximately 164 acres area. Also, a change in form district from Neighborhood to Suburban Workplace. The proposal is for a general district development plan and preliminary subdivision plan for Blankenbaker Station IV. The Planning Commission Public Hearing originally scheduled for September 2nd has been cancelled. This Public Hearing has been rescheduled for September 16. In addition to this September 16 Public Hearing, the case will again be presented to the Land Development and Transportation Committee on September 9 at 1 PM in the Old Jail Building, 514 W. Liberty Street.
