Urton Lane - Public Hearing

Notice of Public Hearing Case Number: 12427

You are invited to attend a review of a proposal for an area wide zoning change from R-4 and C-2 to PDD (Planned Development District) for a mixed use commercial development in the area of Taylorsville Rd, Stone Lakes Drive, Tucker Station Rd and future Urton Lane Corridor. Also, related change in form district from Neighborhood to Town Center per Metro Council Ordinance. The Planning Commission Public Hearing orginally scheduled for September 2 has been cancelled. This Public Hearing has been rescheduled for Sept. 16. In addition to this Sept. 16 Public Hearing, the case will again be presented to the Land Development & Transportation Committee on Sept. 9 at 1 pm at the Old Jail Building, 514 W. Liberty Street.
