IMPACT: Raw wastewater discharged on the ground in the area of the valve. Solids and debris observed as part of the discharge.
CLEAN UP: Control zone being established. Clean-up will commence when the discharge ends. Avoid contact with any water in the creek or areas downstream for 48 hours after the discharge has stopped.
RECEIVING STREAM: Klemenz Creek (a tributary to Floyds Fork) and Floyds Fork
